How to use truffle seaweed
This seaweed provides the best truffle flavour when infused into fats, for example truffle seaweed butter, or truffle seaweed aioli. Serve with beef for a new take on surf and turf, or with mushrooms for an umami explosion! Too much heat can lessen the flavour, so add truffle seaweed in at the end of the cooking process for the best effect.
Ingredients:
Whole leaf truffle seaweed, known as Vertebrata lanosa.

Too much iodine intake can affect the thyroid gland. Recommended daily allowance 0.15mg, upper limit 0.6mg.
