Durum wheat semolina (65%), eggs (32%), Atlantic winged kelp (Alaria esculenta) (3%).

This product contains 11.4 mg iodine per 100 g. Recommended daily intake is 0.15 mg. Too much iodine intake can affect the thyroid gland. Cooking in boiled water decreases the iodine concentration.
