Seaweed Bread Mix


Seaweed Bread Mix is our natural dough enhancer. We take the stalks of winged kelp and mill them into flakes. The resulting grain-like material adds a boost of flavour and nutrition to your baked goods. Turn your regular bread into bread fortified with iodine and umami! Simply add a little extra moisture to your dough, and enjoy the organic seaweed goodness.
