The (Extra) Vegan Box

The Vegan Box contains Arctic Ocean Greens, our Smoked Seaweed Salt, and the amazing Algae Pearls – a must if you’ve never tried them.

Most of our products are fully vegan – but these are quite possibly our vegan favourites. The Ocean Greens is a straight up mix of milled dulse and winged kelp, and brings both the deep flavour of wild ocean greens and health benefits to anything you add it to. The Smoked Seaweed Salt uses the same flakes of winged kelp, but we’ve smoked it with beech wood following traditional methods, to create a fantastic aroma and taste. It really puts the rich, flame-grilled flavour of an open fire at your fingertips, with all the creative posibilities that gives you. Last but not least, the Algae Pearls are our vegan answer to fish roe or caviar. They are the perfect topping for your sushi, eggs and fish dishes. The pearls are also heat-resistant, and maintain their vibrant green colour, rich umami flavour, and satisfying texture even after cooking, making them a great addition to a wide range of dishes.
