This easy honey glazed sugar kelp is a crispy seaweed snack that’s absolutely oozing with umami! Serve alongside dark chocolate, dried fruit and nuts for a delicious and unusual snack. Store in an airtight container to keep crisp.
Ingredients:
25g dried sugar kelp
Neutral oil
Honey
Directions:
1)
Preheat the oven to 160C.

Put the oil and honey in a small bowl and warm for a few seconds in the microwave. Stir until combined.
3)
Line a baking tray with paper. Arrange the pieces of dried kelp on the tray, then brush both sides with the oil and honey mixture.
4)
Bake for 4 minutes, then flip and bake for another 4 minutes on the other side.
5)
Allow to cool before enjoying.
