This product contains 89 mg iodine per 100 g. Recommended daily intake is 0.15 mg and the tolerable upper intake level is 0.60 mg.
Too much iodine can affect the thyroid gland. We recommended you to use 2 teaspoons of winged kelp per bread, and to not consume more than 3 slices of seaweed bread a day.
