How to use
Use our arctic seaweed salt instead of your normal table salt, in cooking, on your eggs and fish, or in your salad dressing. A healthy and tasty alternative to normal table salt.
Sea salt 87%, organic wild Winged kelp (Alaria esculenta) 10%, organic farmed Sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima) 3%.

This product contains 12 mg iodine per 100 g. Recommended daily intake is 0.15 mg.
Too much iodine can affect the thyroid gland. We recommend you to use maximum 2/3 teaspoon per person per day.
