Simply Seaweed Tartare

Vegan tartar
This vegan take on a classic tartare is made with Simply Seaweed (an organic blend of winged kelp and dulse seaweed). Enjoy it on bread with avocado, or with salad for a fresh side dish.
This recipe makes about 8 servings.
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Simply Seaweed
1 tablespoon capers
3 tablespoons chopped pickled cucumbers
1 small red onion
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:

Soak the Simply Seaweed in water for ten minutes.

Finely chop the capers, pickled cucumbers, onion and garlic.
3)
Strain the seaweed and mix them with all the other ingredients.
4)
Serve and enjoy!
