Chocolate, Seaweed and Avocado Brownies

A rich and vegan-friendly favorite
This recipe makes 15-20 servings
Cooking time: 35-40 mins
Prep time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla sugar
1tsp baking powder
1tsp salt
1 cup avocado
1/2 cup your choice of mil (cow/soy/oat)
1/2 cup water
10g Simply Seaweed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius.

Grease or paper line a baking pan 12×10 inches (30×35 cm)

In a mixing bowl sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.

In a separate bowl beat together mashed avocado, milk and water until creamy. Add the Simply Seaweed and let sit for 5 minutes.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together.

Pour into your prepared pan and bake for 35 – 40 minutes.

To check if your brownies are ready, insert a toothpick in the center of the brownie. If the toothpick comes out clean with a few crumbs it’s perfect.

Once ready, remove the brownie from the baking pan and let cool to room temperature. Cut to preferred serving sizes and Enjoy!
